HARISSA
INGREDIENTS
190 grams Habanero
120 grams piquillo pepper (roasted bell pepper)
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp. fine salt
HOW TO DO IT
Put everything in a blender and process until the consistency is a coarse puree. Let it sit and steep for a good hour in the refrigerator.
