Order
Next to each item you can click on the quantity you want. Once you have ordered, your item(s) will automatically be added to your shopping cart. Proceed to your cart and check if it is the right item.
Payment
You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, MobilePay, PayPal, Maestro, American Express and Diners.
Chiliklaus.dk uses a payment gateway from ePay. The money will not be charged to your credit card before we ship the package.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We will deduct the amount when we ship the item, or 2) the money will be released according to agreement with your card issuer.
(Mention the international card issuers that can be used with you, along with the expiration periods for reservations for each card issuer.)

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.
Freight
We use PostNord. For orders of less than DKK 499, a shipping fee will be added according to PostNord and GLS's current rates. For orders of over DKK 499 to Denmark, shipping is free.

Delivery
The item is normally dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of order. When ordering items that are not currently in stock, you will be contacted via email. In the event of delays, backorders or sold out items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it.
Price error
If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are not obliged to supply the product in question at the incorrect price.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to shop@chiliklaus.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
- Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
- Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of withdrawal in business purchases
There is no right of withdrawal for B2B purchases.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months. Please note that the right of complaint may be limited by the natural durability of the goods.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Chili Klaus and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data controller at chiliklaus.dk is Chili Klaus.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: shop@chiliklaus.dk.
