Dick's Hot Sauces have received awards for the past several years at the New York City Hot Sauce Expo Screaming Mimi Awards for best fruit-based Hot Sauces and this Barbados-style Hot Sauce is no exception.
Dick's Caribbean Dreams is made with Habanero, sun-ripened pears and peaches and gets extra bite from the added mustard and apple cider vinegar.
This type of Hot Sauce is used in local Barbadian cuisine for meat, poultry, fish and seafood.
