At Chili Klaus we are exclusive importers of Hot Sauces from all over the world and offer a wide selection of widely different flavors and strengths. We find the strongest and finest Hot Sauces around the globe and bring them home to Denmark. For example. Culley's from New Zealand, Queen Majesty from Brooklyn, Adoboloco from Hawaii and many many more. In addition, we carry three of Chili Klaus' own Hot Sauces: No. 1 Smoky Ghost, No. 2 Jalapeño & Tarragon and No. 3 Ginger & Lime.

Every week, host Sean Evans is visited by celebrities to be interviewed while they taste progressively hotter Hot Sauces. And Chili Klaus himself has actually been a guest. From gentle breeze to natural disaster
We have replaced the SHU (Scoville Heat Unit) scale, which is usually used to measure the strength of chilies, with Chili Klaus' own scale, the Wind Strength Scale, which goes from 0-15. At wind strength 0, you won't feel anything. It's about as strong as a red pepper. From there, you can go all the way to wind strength 15, which gives a real and unforgettable hit. At wind strength 15, you'll find chilies like the Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Blend with a Scoville of 2,000,000 SHU. We always taste our Hot Sauces and give them a wind strength from 1 to 15. At Chili Klaus, you'll find Hot Sauces in all wind strengths for every taste, whether you like a mild Jalapeño or an extremely strong Carolina Reaper. From a light breeze to a full blown hurricane.
Use it for everything
You can use Hot Sauces for many different things and they can especially give everyday food an extra kick. All Hot Sauces have their unique flavor composition and there is a match for almost any food. However, we have a few favorite dishes that are made for an extra kick:
